Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking an individual contributor to own HR systems, People analytics, and AI tooling, reporting to the Director of People Programs. You will partner with People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to turn data into action.

You will manage HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation, and learning platforms, build reports on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, and compensation, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create clear data stories for leaders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR systems or People analytics experience in a high-growth environment.
• Expert-level HRIS knowledge, strong SQL/BI skills, and fluency with AI tooling.
• Strong communication, data privacy judgment, and project management skills.

• Annual salary ranges from $103,600 to $167,530 depending on geographic zone, plus RSUs.
