OneDigital, a national leader in employee benefits, is hiring for a remote PEO Sales Support role. You will oversee end-to-end PEO RFP responses, pricing iterations with underwriting, and coordination to move deals from proposal to onboarding.

This fast-paced, detail-oriented position supports top producers and requires strong CRM discipline. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in complex B2B sales support, experience with multi-step deals, and proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support.
• Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (RFPs and underwriting processes).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses and deal milestones.
• Serve as liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean submissions.
• Prepare closing kits and coordinate with legal, implementation, and payroll teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and monitor pipeline health.
• Coordinate cross-functional deal coordination across Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, and Implementation.
