Boulder Care is seeking a Remote Peer Recovery Specialist based in Colorado to join our fully virtual addiction medicine team. You will provide evidence-based, trauma-informed peer support to patients navigating treatment, with a focus on harm reduction and patient autonomy.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role requires 2+ years in peer recovery and active Colorado peer certification. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, navigate resources, and help patients set meaningful recovery goals while

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in peer recovery support.
• Active peer certification in good standing in the state of residence, where available.
• Current certification as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) through NAADAC, or ability to obtain within 9 months of hire.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
