Boulder Care is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role. Applicants must reside in Colorado with active peer certification and 2+ years of peer recovery support experience, including MOUD resources and referral processes. The position runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of peer recovery support experience.
• Active peer certification in Colorado in good standing.
• National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) certification or ability to obtain within 9 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized peer recovery support to patients with varying needs.
• Build trusting relationships to promote recovery and community connection.
• Use lived experience with professional boundaries to support clients.
• Help patients set recovery goals and practical steps to achieve them.
• Support patients during transitions in care and changes in recovery support.
• Connect clients with community resources and coordinate with clinicians.
