Job summary

We are seeking experienced peer recovery specialists who provide trauma-informed, harm-reduction oriented support, helping patients pursue recovery goals while connecting them with community resources and coordinating with clinical partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of peer recovery support experience including opioid use disorder treatment resources.
• Active peer certification in good standing and NCPRSS certification or ability to obtain within 9 months.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized peer support to patients with varying levels of need.
• Connect patients with community-based resources and coordinate with clinical partners.
