SCAN Health Plan is looking for a Junior Peer Advocate for a remote, part-time role. You will make outbound calls to members and build rapport based on personal experiences to enhance health education. Essential qualifications include a high school diploma and excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of MS Office and call center software is also required. This position offers a base hourly pay of $17.40 and includes a robust wellness program and an excellent 401(k) retirement saving plan.

Competenze

• Current SCAN Membership required.
• Proficient with computers, online timesheets, and maneuvering multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Make outbound calls to members based on health interventions.
