Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking Child and Adolescent Therapists for fully remote roles across the United States. Clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia will join an interdisciplinary care team delivering care to children and families.

You’ll work part-time or full-time engagements (W2 or 1099) with a guaranteed base salary plus earnings from additional client sessions, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in PA, NJ, MD or VA.
• Minimum 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers.
