Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking therapists to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers in the Media, PA area. The role emphasizes family-centered care within an interdisciplinary team and flexible tracks (1099, part-time, full-time).

Clinicians should hold an active PA license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW) with at least 1 year of pediatric experience and telehealth exposure, and be available after 3pm ET on weekdays or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LSW.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
