Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks Child and Adolescent Therapists to join our fully remote team across the United States. Licenses in PA, NJ, MD, or VA are eligible for Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, and 1099 opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality care to children, adolescents and their families, with a base salary and earnings potential from additional client sessions.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in PA/NJ/MD/VA.
• 1 year of direct therapy experience with children/adolescents.
• Telehealth/virtual care experience preferred.
• Own equipment and reliable internet (for 1099).
• Avail after-school hours: after 3pm ET weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26).
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Establish rapport and collaborate with families.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team consultations.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate with specialty providers as needed.
