Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to join our team as Child and Adolescent Therapists in fully remote roles across the United States.

We hire clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia for Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, and 1099 opportunities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in PA, NJ, MD or VA.
• Experience delivering individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• Proficient with telehealth and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and families.
• Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and maintain timely medical records.
• Involve families and outside specialists when appropriate.
