Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed child and adolescent therapists to join our fully remote team across the United States. We hire clinicians licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or Virginia for Part-Time W2 and 1099 roles, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based care to children and families.

You’ll provide individual therapy to ages 2-26, develop treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPC/LCSW/LMFT in PA, VA, NJ, or MD.
• At least 1 year of direct therapy with children/adolescents.
• Experience with telehealth or virtual settings.
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet (for 1099).
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress.
• Establish rapport with patients and families.
• Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
