Qualifications

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in at least one U.S. state.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in one or more of Blackbird's operating states.
• One year of experience in telehealth or virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and patient records.
