Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual and in-person therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2-26, plus caregivers. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and help families engage in treatment.

The role supports remote 20 hours weekly in part-time tracks or 10+ hours weekly in contractor roles, with a guaranteed caseload and weekly clinical consultation. PA licensure required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships and support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster long-term progress.
