Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a remote Pediatric ProFee Coder to join our client’s team. You will code professional fee surgical cases with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS, using Epic and 3M encoder systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This full-time role requires at least three years of ProFee experience and AHIMA or AAPC certification.

The position is remote with a competitive hourly pay range and benefits. Candidates must be on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent ProFee coding experience.
• Experience coding complex professional fee surgical cases.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Experience using Epic and 3M encoder/coding systems.
• Must be engaged on a W-2 basis.
• 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered.
