Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly versatile Multi-Specialty ProFee Coder with experience in Primary Care, Orthopedics, Neurology, ED, and Urology. You’ll handle charge entry, drug administration, injections, and infusion coding in a fully remote role while ensuring accuracy and compliant revenue cycle management.

The ideal candidate holds an active AAPC or AHIMA certification and has 3+ years of ProFee coding experience across several specialties, with strong CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10-CM knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Professional Fee (ProFee) coding experience in a physician practice, hospital, or healthcare system.
• Active coding certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS Level II, and ICD-10-CM guidelines.
• Experience reviewing documentation to ensure accurate code assignment and reimbursement.
• Familiarity with NCCI edits, medical necessity, and payer-specific rules.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
