Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Profee Coder for a remote, long-term contract engagement. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of profee coding experience, AHIMA or AAPC certification, and specializes in OB/GYN, Neonatology, Pediatric Hospital Medicine, and Cardiology procedures.

You will apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS guidelines, work with Epic and 3M encoder, and maintain high accuracy and productivity while communicating clearly with payers and care teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and payer-specific guidelines.
• Experience coding complex professional fee surgical cases.
• Experience using Epic and 3M encoder/coding systems.
• Maintain high levels of coding accuracy, productivity and compliance.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Code professional fee surgical cases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with payer guidelines and coding conventions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, billers and payers to resolve coding questions.
• Stay updated on coding changes and payer policies.
