Job summary

Equip is a 100% virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. As a Registered Dietitian in California, you’ll work remotely with a dedicated care team to deliver family-based nutrition care.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a base 68k–92k plus annual performance bonus. You’ll provide nutrition assessments, meal plan prescriptions, and ongoing education, collaborate with clinicians, and document in our EMR.

Qualifications

• Must reside in California.
• Bachelor’s degree or ACEND-accredited coursework.
• Licensed RD required in California; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nutrition assessments and prescribe meal plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families via telehealth.
• Guide exposure to challenging foods and monitor progress.
• Communicate meal plans and nutrition concerns clearly to the team.
• Update treatment plans weekly and document in EMR.
• Discharge planning and ongoing reassessment of nutritional needs.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education to counter irrational beliefs around food.
