Job summary

Equip is a virtual clinic delivering evidence-based nutrition care for eating disorders. The Registered Dietitian will partner with a dedicated care team to provide remote nutrition care to families, using Equip’s family-based approach. The role requires collaboration with clinicians and adherence to telehealth protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ACEND-accredited program.
• Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Ability to balance business needs and clinical priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Pacific Hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in transforming maladaptive eating patterns into a healthy relationship with food.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for progress.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods.
• Communicate meal plan and nutrition concerns to the team.
• Echo treatment team directives in interactions with families.
• Assist with discharge planning.
• Update treatment plans weekly with progress and goals.
• Reassess nutritional needs and communicate recommendations.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education to challenge irrational beliefs.
