Equip is a fully virtual treatment program providing family-centered nutrition care for eating disorders. The Registered Dietitian will deliver evidence-based nutrition education and collaborative care with a multi-disciplinary team, working 100% remotely from Oregon.

Responsibilities include creating individualized meal plans, guiding exposure to foods, and documenting progress in Equip's EMR while coordinating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Oregon and hold an active Oregon RDN license.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from ACEND-accredited program.
• Licensed RDN; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Experience on interdisciplinary teams; organized and results-driven.
• Ability to balance business needs with clinical priorities; adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients and families to transform eating patterns into healthy relationships with food via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans and monitor progress.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods and coordinate with the treatment team.
• Communicate meal plans and nutrition concerns clearly to the team and families.
• Update treatment plans weekly with progress and goals.
• Discharge planning support and documentation in EMR.
