Job summary

Equip is hiring a Registered Dietitian to deliver nutrition care remotely for families. You will collaborate with a dedicated care team and provide evidence-based nutrition education within a telehealth framework.

The role requires WA RD licensure, a bachelor’s degree in ACEND-approved nutrition, and strong communication across interdisciplinary teams. Expect full-time, 100% remote work with Pacific Time alignment.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Washington State and hold an active Washington RD license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from ACEND-accredited program.
• Licensed RD; eating disorder experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families in transforming eating patterns through ongoing support.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with telehealth sessions, including meal plans and progress assessment.
• Guide exposure to fear/challenge foods.
• Communicate meal plan and nutrition concerns to the team; provide education.
• Echo treatment team directives in interactions with families.
• Assist with discharge planning and weekly treatment plan updates.
