Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program serving patients across the United States. The Registered Dietitian will manage all nutrition-related care, working closely with families to nutritionally restore their child, within Equip’s family-based treatment approach.

We seek a licensed RDN with ACEND-accredited training, strong communication, and teamwork skills. This is a 100% remote role with Pacific Time hours, offering competitive pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ACEND-accredited.
• Licensed RDN required; eating disorder experience preferred.
• Experience with family-based treatment approaches preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nutrition care remotely with families via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized meal plans and target weights.
• Guide exposure to at-risk foods and communicate plans to the team.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education and address concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR and support discharge planning.
