Equip is hiring a Registered Dietitian in California for a fully remote role delivering evidence-based nutrition care via telehealth. You will work with families, provide meal plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery from eating disorders.

The position requires California residency, ACEND‑accredited education, and RD licensure. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential in a fast-paced home‑based setting with flexible hours.

Competenze

• Must reside in California.
• Bachelor's degree or ACEND‑accredited coursework in nutrition/dietetics.
• Licensed Registered Dietitian (RDN) with eating disorder experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Experience on interdisciplinary teams.
• Organized and results-driven.
• Balance business needs with clinical priorities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Provide nutrition care within Equip's telehealth model.
• Develop and implement individualized meal plans and nutrition goals.
• Conduct initial nutrition assessments with families via telehealth.
• Document care in the EMR per policy.
• Coordinate with the treatment team and family on plans and progress.
• Update treatment plans weekly with progress notes.
• Educate families on nutrition strategies to support recovery.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up.
