Job summary

All Care Therapies is a remote-friendly clinical provider delivering occupational therapy services across California, Texas, and Nevada. The COTA will collaborate with licensed OTs to deliver remote therapy, assess plans, monitor progress, and guide clients via telehealth.

Strong pediatrics experience and HIPAA compliance are essential. Responsibilities include documentation, education for clients and caregivers, and ongoing professional development to stay current in occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification required.
• Active CA State COTA license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health.
• Proficient with teletherapy platforms.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Preference for feeding, sensory, hand skills, and neurodiverse client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate clients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
