All Care Therapies is expanding its remote occupational therapy services and seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver teletherapy to clients nationwide. Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess, treat, and guide clients toward improved functional abilities in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation, HIPAA compliance, ongoing professional development, and a patient-centered approach in teletherapy sessions with pediatric populations.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• Active CA State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health settings.
• Proficient teletherapy using our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfort working with pediatric clients (18 months+).

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in the records.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other ethical/legal standards.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on OT practices.
