Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver teletherapy services to clients. You will work with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans, and help clients achieve goals in a remote setting.

This role supports pediatric clients with feeding, sensory, hand skills, and emotional regulation needs. You will use our telehealth platform, maintain documentation, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification and CA license (or ability to apply).
• Experience in clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health settings.
• Proficient with teletherapy using the provider platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation, and neurodiverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate clients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and compliance during sessions.
