Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver teletherapy services across the United States. You will partner with licensed Occupational Therapists to assess clients, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification required.
• Active CA State COTA license or ability to apply for one.
• Experience in clinic/private practice/hospital/home health setting.
• Proficiency with teletherapy through our platform.
• Comfort working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation and neurodiverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercises and strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy.
