Job summary

All Care Therapies is expanding its remote occupational therapy team to serve clients nationwide. The OT Assistant role focuses on delivering teletherapy, collaborating with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and guide clients virtually to improve functional abilities.

Qualified candidates will be COTA certified with active California licensure, have pediatric experience, and be comfortable using our telehealth platform—training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Active CA State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health setting.
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation and neurodiverse clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intervention: Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on techniques to support independence.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and notes.
• Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA and applicable privacy and regulatory standards.
• Technology: Use telehealth tools effectively to conduct sessions.
• Continuing Education: Stay current with occupational therapy advances.
