Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver occupational therapy services to clients via telehealth. You will work with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans and guide clients toward improved function in a remote setting.

You will maintain patient records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and stay current with OT practices while educating clients and caregivers. This role supports teletherapy across multiple states and settings.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification with CA license or eligibility.
• Experience in teletherapy and remote care delivery.
• Experience in clinic, private practice, hospital, or home health settings.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand function, emotional regulation, and neurodiverse clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services via telehealth.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with OT practices.
• Educate clients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
