Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver high-quality OT services to clients nationwide via telehealth. You will collaborate with Licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans and help clients achieve their functional goals through virtual sessions.

You will educate clients and caregivers, maintain patient records, and ensure HIPAA compliance while using our all-inclusive teletherapy platform.

Qualifications

• Valid CA State COTA license or ability to apply.
• Experience with teletherapy and telehealth platforms.
• Experience with pediatric populations (18 months+).
• Background in clinics, hospital, home health, or private practice.
• Comfortable using teletherapy tools within an all-inclusive platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services and collaborate with licensed OTs.
• Educate clients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and documentation.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy across platforms.
• Utilize telehealth tools to conduct sessions and monitor progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current on OT practices.
