Job summary

All Care Therapies is hiring a Remote Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver occupational therapy services via teletherapy. You will collaborate with licensed OTs to assess, plan, and implement treatment for clients across settings, including pediatrics, with a focus on independence and functional outcomes.

You will maintain secure documentation, stay compliant with HIPAA and related regulations, and engage in ongoing professional development while using our telehealth

Qualifications

• Valid COTA certification.
• CA license or ability to apply.
• Experience in clinic/private practice/hospital/home health.
• Comfort with pediatrics (18 months+).
• Experience with feeding, sensory, hand skills, emotional regulation, and neurodiverse clients a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote occupational therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with licensed OTs to assess and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Utilize telehealth tools to conduct sessions and monitor progress.
