Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to conduct pediatric assessments by telephone for the NH CAT program in a fully remote role. You will apply trauma-informed care, strong clinical judgment, and meticulous documentation while managing assessments and referrals.

Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 8-4 or 9-5 ET, with occasional after-hours as needed. You will work independently to determine service needs and eligibility, following HIPAA guidelines and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field and active independent licensure is required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children, adolescents, youth, or families.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or LMFT or equivalent licensure required.

Responsabilités

• Complete medical and behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract requirements; escalate complex cases.
• Conduct assessments via on-site, video, and telephonic modalities to determine service needs, eligibility, and level of care.
• Ensure documentation complies with HIPAA and confidentiality policies; maintain accurate assessment records.
