Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Licensed Clinical Assessor to perform pediatric clinical assessments remotely for the NH CAT program. The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, strong clinical judgment, and thorough documentation while handling assessments, appointments, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical licensure as LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT or comparable independently practicing clinician
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years of direct work with children, adolescents, youth, or families
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Complete medical/behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract requirements
• Conduct on-site, video, and/or telephonic assessments to determine needs, eligibility and level of care
• Document assessment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies
