Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to conduct pediatric assessments by telephone for the NH CAT program. This fully remote role requires trauma-informed care, strong clinical judgment, and meticulous documentation, with independent management of assessments and referrals. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Active independent licensure required for NH jurisdictions and contract requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of direct work experience with children, adolescents, youth, and/or families.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field as specified in the minimum requirements.
• Ability to obtain NH licensure/credentialing and program approvals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments using standardized tools and criteria.
• Conduct assessments via on-site, video, or telephonic formats to determine needs, eligibility, and level of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and confidentiality; ensure accurate and consistent assessment outcomes.
