Maximus is seeking a Licensed Clinical Assessor to support the New Hampshire Assessment for Treatment (NH CAT) program in a fully remote role. You will conduct pediatric clinical assessments by telephone, applying trauma-informed practice and documenting findings in accordance with HIPAA.

Qualifikationen

• Active independent clinical licensure as a LICSW, LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT.
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining NH licensure, credentialing, and program approvals.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children and families.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Complete medical and/or behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract requirements; elevate complex cases.
• Conduct assessments via on-site, video, or telephonic methods to determine needs, eligibility, and level of care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation of assessment outcomes.
