Job summary

Maximus seeks a Licensed Clinical Assessor to perform pediatric assessments by telephone in a fully remote role supporting the NH CAT program. You will apply trauma-informed clinical judgment and maintain detailed documentation while managing assessments and referrals.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, ET hours, with occasional after-hours flexibility; benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO. Prior NH licensure and eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical licensure as LICSW/LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or comparable independently practicing clinician.
• Master's degree in a behavioral health field; NH licensure and credentialing required.
• Minimum 2 years' direct work with children, adolescents, or families.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Employment contingent upon NH licensure, credentialing and program approvals.

Responsibilities

• Complete pediatric medical/behavioral health assessments using standardized tools per contract.
• Conduct on-site, video, or telephonic assessments to determine needs and level of care.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and confidentiality for all assessments.
