Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator RN to remotely support patients within Florida. You will coordinate care, advocate for enrollees, and ensure timely access to resources while adhering to NCQA/URAC and HIPAA standards.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, pediatric experience, and the ability to work from a private home workspace. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, with remote Florida residency.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state.
• Minimum 2+ years pediatric nursing experience.
• Nursing degree from accredited program.
• Ability to work remotely within Florida and pass fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and advocate for enrollees.
• Perform medical record reviews and determine medical necessity.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with care team and physicians to plan care.
