Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents aged 5–17+. This remote opportunity expands TimelyCare’s reach into K-12 communities, engaging families while maintaining professional autonomy as an independent contractor.

Therapists deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with parents and educators, and document sessions through TimelyCare’s HIPAA-compliant EHR system.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC/LCPC/LMHC or LCSW or LMFT or Ph.D./Psy.D. in psychology.
• Experience with children and adolescents in clinical settings.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation skills.
• Ability to respond to safety concerns with crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Independent contractor status with HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents via telehealth.
• Develop individualized care plans based on developmental and behavioral needs.
• Utilize modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, and related approaches.
• Coordinate care with parents/guardians and educational professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and adhere to licensure and regulatory standards.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment within legal and contractual boundaries.
