Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents ages 5–17+. These independent contractors deliver evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and PCIT in a fully remote setting, coordinating with families, schools, and other professionals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Sessions are 55 minutes with time reserved for clinical notes, and compensation is provided per session

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure required for independent practice.
• Experience with children/adolescents and families.
• Ability to assess safety concerns and provide crisis interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy and clinical assessment for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized care plans based on developmental needs and goals.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT in virtual sessions.
• Coordinate care with parents, educators, and other professionals.
• Complete HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare EHR.
• Identify safety concerns and provide crisis intervention when needed.
