Job summary

TimelyCare is recruiting independently licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy for children and adolescents aged 5–17+. These are remote, independent-contractor engagements with care coordination involving families when appropriate.

Therapists deliver evidence-based care (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT) via telehealth, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and adherence to licensure requirements. Sessions are typically 55 minutes with time allotted for notes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent licensure in a qualifying clinical field.
• Authorization to independently provide clinical services in the relevant state.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to assess safety and provide crisis intervention.
• Associate/provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy and treatment planning for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized care plans based on developmental needs and goals.
• Deliver sessions using evidenced-based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, PCIT, etc.).
• Identify safety concerns and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Coordinate care with parents/educators and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in TimelyCare’s EHR.
• Exercise professional judgment within licensure and TimelyCare standards.
