Job summary

TimelyCare seeks independently licensed therapists to remotely provide contracted therapy to children and adolescents ages 5–17+. Sessions are conducted virtually with parents involved when appropriate, and compensation is per session.

Contractors maintain autonomy, manage their own schedules, and complete HIPAA-compliant documentation through TimelyCare’s system. Therapy modalities include CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and more, with emphasis on safety planning when needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent licensure in one of the listed professions.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families is required.
• Ability to assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• HIPAA-compliant documentation and professional, ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidenced-based therapy to children and adolescents via telehealth.
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with developmental needs.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and educational professionals when appropriate.
• Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Preserve professional boundaries and exercise independent clinical judgment.
