Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy for children and adolescents. This remote, independent contractor role supports families through telehealth sessions, documentation, and collaboration with guardians and schools.

Required licensure includes LPC/LCPC/LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD. Experience with pediatric care, safety planning, and evidence-based therapies is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure in the US.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Experience delivering therapy via telehealth.
• Authorized to independently provide clinical services without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide contracted virtual therapy to children and adolescents ages 5–17+.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document in HIPAA-compliant EHR.
• Coordinate care with parents/guardians and educational professionals as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, and other appropriate approaches.
• Identify safety concerns and provide crisis intervention when clinically necessary.
• Maintain professional boundaries and privacy on TimelyCare platform.
