Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents aged 5–17+. This remote role expands TimelyCare's digital health services across K-12 settings, offering developmentally appropriate behavioral health care via secure virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent licensure in LPC/LCPC/LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD in psychology.
• Authorization to independently provide clinical services within the applicable state.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to assess safety, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
• Associate or provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible for this independent contractor opportunity at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized care plans based on each client’s developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs and treatment goals.
• Utilize measurement-based care by regularly reviewing validated clinical measures to guide care planning and progress.
• Use evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, TF-CBT, PCIT in virtual sessions.
• Identify safety concerns and provide crisis intervention or escalation when clinically necessary.
• Coordinate care with parents, guardians, educational professionals, and other parties when indicated.
• Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation through TimelyCare’s EHR.
• Maintain treatment goals and documentation consistent with professional, regulatory, and clinical standards.
• Exercise independent professional judgment within licensure and TimelyCare terms.
