Responsibilities

• Review outpatient clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes and summaries against PCP standards.
• Annotate outpatient encounter data against guidelines and flag omissions and inaccuracies.
• Provide structured feedback for engineering/product teams to improve AI systems.
• Contribute input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.
• Raise clarifying questions to refine guidelines.
