Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD) for outpatient clinical documentation and AI evaluation. This remote contract role offers 10+ hours per week and focuses on reviewing AI-generated notes for clinical accuracy.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine guidelines and improve AI systems. US-based clinician with 2+ years post-residency required; Epic familiarity and CDI exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• MD with 2+ years post-residency in primary care.
• US-based clinician writing outpatient notes.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours/week for 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Review outpatient notes and EHR documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against PCP documentation standards.
• Annotate data and flag omissions, hallucinations, and inaccuracies.
• Provide structured feedback to engineering/product teams.
• Contribute to annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.
• Raise clarifying questions as guidance evolves.
