Responsibilities

• Review clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against what a PCP would document and provide structured feedback.
• Annotate encounter data according to detailed guidelines.
• Flag omissions, hallucinations, and documentation gaps in AI outputs.
• Provide written feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to annotation guidelines and documentation standards.
• Raise clarifying questions to refine guidelines.
