Marpai Administrators, a technology-driven PBM administrator, seeks an Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate delivery and exceptional service experiences.

The role demands strong project-management skills, PBM knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, with remote work options across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project or implementation management experience in PBM or healthcare.
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee client implementations, change management, and internal coordination to meet client expectations.
• Lead multiple PBM client implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Provide implementation guidance and status reporting across departments and stakeholders.
