Marpai Administrators LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee clientPBM implementations, manage timelines, and coordinate internal departments. You will lead projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Required are strong project-management and communication skills, plus PBM/healthcare knowledge. Remote-friendly with up to 15% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5+ years of project or implementation management experience in PBM/healthcare.
• Strong client-facing communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead PBM client implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across Sales, Account Management, Finance, IT, Operations, and Clinical teams.
• Provide post-implementation reviews and identify process improvements.
• Communicate risks, delays, and critical-path items to leadership.
