Job summary

LucyRx is hiring an Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations of PBM services, ensuring smooth onboarding, benefit plan setups, formulary configurations, and system integrations. You will coordinate with IT, Clinical, Operations, Compliance, and Account Management to meet milestones.

The role emphasizes project planning, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, testing, and a strong focus on client communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• 3–5 years in PBM, healthcare, or benefit administration with at least 2 years in client implementation or project management.
• Strong PBM operations knowledge including benefit design, formulary management, claims processing, and eligibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work under pressure with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Serve as primary contact for new client implementations; lead kickoff meetings; manage client requirements; coordinate communications; translate benefit plans into operational requirements; support post-go-live audits and transitions.
