Qualifications

• 10+ years in payroll systems or related enterprise apps with leadership accountability.
• Hands-on with configuring, administering, troubleshooting, or implementing payroll platforms.
• Experience leading incident diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and resolution across apps and data.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll, including US/Canada requirements.
• Experience leading technical teams, contractors, and vendors with accountable outcomes.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, data validation, SQL, testing, and releases.
• Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management across strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health, operating model, and multiyear payroll app roadmap (Infor WFM, UKG).
• Set technology strategy and investment priorities to improve reliability and user experience.
• Establish and uphold standards across configuration, integrations, reporting, automation, security, and controls.
• Ensure data flows across Workday, SAP Finance, banking, tax, time and attendance are resilient and documented.
• Advance automation, observability, analytics, self-service, and responsible AI capabilities.
• Provide senior leadership for complex payroll issues involving integrations, data, and postings.
• Lead incident diagnosis via data analysis, configuration and log review, testing, and validation.
• Engage vendors while retaining internal ownership of diagnosis and communication.
