Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading technical teams and managing critical payroll or HRIS environments.
Strong communication with stakeholders across strategy, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

Own the payroll technology strategy, architecture, and multiyear roadmap for payroll and workforce apps.
Provide senior technical leadership during incidents, design solutions, and drive permanent fixes.
Lead delivery, governance, and partnerships with vendors and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with SOX, data privacy, and payroll/tax requirements.
